Game to Learn

As I wrapped up my time at Stamford, it was a delight to be able to share with my fellow teachers the very much updated TinyTap since we first tried out this fantastic app three years ago. While many teachers have created great iPad lessons using TinyTap along the way, it was still most useful for all of us to look at the app together again.

I have been advocating the tremendous benefit that creating brings to learning and TinyTap is really such an accessible and flexible app for creating. In its current iteration, not only can we create games, it is also easy to make interactive books. The positive feedback from the teachers and students affirms this.

It is my hope to help more educators, parents and authors discover this truly fabulous tool. I am looking forward to being able to mount more TinyTap workshops soon. An online course is also in the works. Get in touch with me and let’s explore possibilities. Watch this space for more updates.

Another thing I was able to just try out is printing out the images from the TinyTap interactive stories I created. They turned out looking very attractive.
