Monster Party


Thus far, I have created 2 Mandarin learning packages based on this same concept of highlighting the radicals in Chinese words and working in activities for recognising the 4 tones in Mandarin – one about animals and another for birds.

Since these have to do with nouns, illustrating them was comparatively easier than trying to do action words. I thought the words with the radical “口 mouth” were fun to try this out, and to make it more appealing and perhaps a little easier to draw, I created monsters.

Once again, this package comes with a TinyTap game and a resource package with activity sheets, posters and flashcards. These are available for free for now.
